How to use ssh port forwarding to transfer files using teraterm and WS-FTP:


1) Open an ssh connection to beta with teraterm
2) From the teraterm setup menu select SSH forwarding and add a forwarded port - forward local port 1021 to remote machine beta.ap.columbia.edu port 21 (ftp)
3) open ws-ftp and connect to hostname: localhost with your username on beta and in the advanced tab change the remote port to 1021
