The Council membership is open to people of environmental and waste management organizations, environmental and energy government agencies, and universities engaged in research relevant to the goals of the Council. All professionals concerned with Waste-to-Energy technologies and their effects on energy and the environment, both in the U.S. and abroad, can join the general membership of the Council, be informed of its activities, and contribute to its goals.
