Conference Registration Options

Registration is now closed! Thank you. Please also note that refunds will no longer be issued after March 22.

An email confirmation will be sent to you upon receiving your payment.

The deadline for early registration, which was February 15, 2012, has already passed. For now on, all forms received both through mail and online will be charged an additional $30 late fee. The deadline for late registration is March 7, 2012. All registration must be done online after March 7. Online registration will be closed after March 14, 2012. Please register as soon as possible!

As of now, the hotel block at the Hilton NY that was reserved for our collegiate attendees has been filled. We are sorry to announce that the hotel option is no longer available for collegiates.

 For those interested, we are also offering the opportunity to submit resumes during registration, which we will then distribute to the companies and graduate schools attending the career fair at the conference. Please fill out the form below and attach your resume (in .pdf format) if you are interested.





SWE Boutique

For all Professional/Collegiate SWE Sections interested in selling fundraising merchandise at the Region E Conference this year, please fill out the Boutique Request Form in order to reserve a space at Alfred Lerner Hall, the student center where large events like the Career Fair and the Graduate School Fair will be held. Please be aware that while there is no charge for space, participants may need to share tables as space is limited.
