Welcome to Columbia University's Student
Section of the Society of Women Engineers!


As part of the Region E (Mid-Atlantic) section of SWE,
the student chapter here at Columbia University is a very
well-known organization throughout the campus. Being that
we have undergraduate students in the fields of Engineering,
Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Chemistry
allows for a very diverse environment.

Our mission is to promote and ecnourage women in the
Engineering and Sciences field and to emphasize the
importance of higher education as well as maintaining
perseverance in pursuing leadership and professional
distinction among society.
